Great staff assistance!

The staff went above and beyond, always helpful and friendly.

The air conditioning didn't cool the room effectively, leading to discomfort during my stay. Additionally, the noise from traffic was unbearable, making it nearly impossible to sleep peacefully. I also encountered issues with the cold shower when I needed a warm one, which was frustrating after long days exploring the island.

The apartment was spacious and perfect for our group. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't cover the entire room.

the hotel was adequate but very basic, with outdated air conditioning that barely worked. the noise from the street was unbearable, making sleep nearly impossible. i woudl ve been pleased with a complimentary upgrade, but clearly, that’s too much to ask here. a real letdown for someone who expected much more, almost thought about leaving a good review until then.

Had a great stay! The room was spacious and the location couldn't be better-just a short walk to the beach and near fun night markets. Staff accommodated our needs quickly, though the noise from the traffic was a bit much at times.

The room I stayed in was spacious and equipped with a fridge and kettle There were excellent amenities, including a shower with great water flow that made my mornings refreshing. Plus, the location couldn't be better-just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by various restaurants and shops.

Recommend it for families looking for comfort

Value for money was the best,, the two-bedroom apartment was huge, we had enough space for the kids to run around. The staff were friendly and helpful, they even suggested a perfect spot on the beach where the kids could play safely.

It wasn't cheap,, but for the comfort and space we got, it was still acceptable.

The location is a great highlight, being just a one-minute walk to Chaweng beach. The room was spacious with a fridge and a kettle. Air conditioning worked well. We had a nice big room with a double and two single beds. The bathroom had a good flow shower and a shelf for wet clothes. TV was big and WiFi was good. It's a short walk to the beach.
